How renting works (English-friendly)
- Request online: pick your gear and dates on the product page and send a booking request. Your booking is confirmed once we reply — a request alone doesn't block the gear.
- Pick up in Berlin: Thursday, Friday or Monday between 12:00 and 19:00 — any time within that window, no appointment needed. Bring a German ID card (Personalausweis) or a German residence permit card (Aufenthaltstitel). A passport or driver's licence alone is not sufficient; an EU passport works only together with an original Meldebestätigung, arranged in advance.

Is the equipment insured?
No — you're liable for damage or loss at replacement value during the rental. Protective cases are always included, and the gear is checked after every rental.
